We are looking for a sous chef  to work 5 days of 7day  rota basis.

Skills required.


Hospital or care home catering experience.

Bulk meals up to 300 IP on daily basis

Event catering up to 300pax.

Ordering/ inventory system

Very strong and able to run the kitchen on its own and  manage team of 7 chefs and porters  in absence of Head chef or chef manager.

Familiar to English and modern European cuisine.

Working Knowledge of HACCP

Level 3 in Catering or equivalent QCF qualification
Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
Team player, self -motivated, proactive, flexible and adaptable
Ability to organize and prioritise workload, and work under pressure.
Ability to communicate and manage interpersonal relationships, including influencing skills.

Due care responsibility.

DBS checked if possible.
