Our coverage within the sector enables us to offer all that work with us, the very best breadth of options when it comes to recruiting Engineering candidates.

We utilise our broad database of registered candidates, alongside running extensive social media campaigns, to attract and secure the very best commercial engineering candidates in the market. Our historical presence and relationships, lead to many candidates referring friends and family to us, enabling us to bring unique candidates to our clients. We are happy to carry out technical testing prior to interview for our clients and are always mindful of the often-critical environments in which our candidates operate.

We consider both our clients and candidates to be hugely important and look to offer a real service to both, our goal is always to develop long term relationships with our clients, and we can only achieve this by best-in-class service provision every time.

Our Engineering and Technical Team are led by Charlie Smith. Charlie has been with Total Facilities almost from its inception, working as a consultant before taking the division lead role in 2018.

Soft Services

Our Soft Services Team are dedicated to the supply of all roles within the soft side of the FM market, they work with Cleaning, Porterage, Security and FA professionals at all levels. They work with many clients inclusive of Facilities Contractors and End Users as well as direct to Hospitals, Schools, Hotels, Banks, Law Firms, and other Corporate Offices.

Our team are used to working often at high volume, to provide full teams of individuals to cover sites, as well as finding that perfect team member to complete your workforce. Covering the length and breadth of the UK, this team are well versed in carrying out campaigns to recruit in often difficult locations or for roles which require individuals to work only on a part time basis.

Due to many of our current clients being within the public sector, we have a strong base of temporary labour who all hold current DBS’s and SIA licenses and therefore, we can deploy to some harder to fill roles with speed and efficiency.

This division is run by Nicola Lawrence. Nicola has been immersed in recruiting Facilities staff for many years, having worked with our directors in their previous company and starting at Total Facilities on day one! She has a wealth of knowledge and black book of candidates that would be the envy of any recruiter.

Reception & Front of House

Our front of house specialists are focused on recruiting temporary and permanent front of house staff, whether this be for large corporate receptions for a law firm, finance, FTSE 100 company, health care environments or that all important lunch time cover. Working with clients recruiting for corporate receptionists, hosts, or facilities assistants.

Registering the ‘perfect candidate’ for the role is at the forefront of the team’s mind, meeting every candidate in person or on video call, they are able to conduct that all important in-depth interview, making sure we work with them and you, to ensure they are matched to the perfect placement.

The team is headed up by Isabelle Cowleard who started her career in recruitment in 2018 joining Total Facilities in 2022, Isabelle and her team work tirelessly with our large team of Front of House candidates, matching them with short, long term and permanent positions all over the UK.

Launched in 2019, Total Facilities Catering division has gone from strength to strength.  This team work with many clients, ranging from corporate office buildings, Michelin star restaurants, luxury hotels, health care environments and Palaces, to name but a few.   

Our candidates are well presented and equipped to deliver high standards of food provision, safety, and hygiene.  We are available to be contacted 7 days a week and have an out of hours specialist on hand to meet any last-minute needs, however short or long term your requirements may be. All our candidates are reference, qualification and accreditation checked.  

Whether it be a CDP, Breakfast or Sous Chef, Catering Assistant, Kitchen Porter, or Barista our division leader Jack Osborn will be on hand to offer her expert assistance.  Jack joined the Total Facilities team in 2023 with 10 solid years of recruitment experience behind him and is dedicated to providing a first-class service 24hrs a day 365 days a year.
